We
started a day with the beautiful clear blue sky – we love great weather in
Perth. Today we are going to try Aussie Beef Cooking class at Fraser’s
restaurant at Kings Park.
We
meet Chef Scott and Chef Taka – “Taka san, are you Japanese?” Yes, Taka san is
from Japan, but he said “since you are here to study English, I am going to do
this class in English!” Students looked a little disappointed.
We
all wore a big apron and made “Aussie Dinosaur beef pie”, “Magic Wand beef
skewer”, and “Tim Tam Mousse”. It was very delicious to cook something we made
ourselves – big success, our future chefs from Iitate!
